Come join Coach Beth and Baby J from Beth J Training for a fun and energizing workout specifically designed for moms and their Babies! The Baby Weight & Bands Workout will help you tone your body and build strength while bonding with your little one.
No baby, no problem - bands will be available for all exercises, lower and upper body.
This in-person event will be held outside at Indian Creek Park - 2701 La Costa Dr, so grab your baby, RESISTANCE BANDS WILL BE PROVIDED, and get ready to sweat it out with other moms. Don't miss this opportunity to get fit and connect with moms in a lively and supportive environment. See you there!
